As we all know the devastating bush fires that have hit Australia are shocking . We all feel the pain  for people and animals alike.
​Grow With Joe is proud to build the world first free eco friendly safety capsule for native animals. A fully recycled artificial log , safe from predators and eco-friendly.

The Grow With Joe Log Inn © is designed around the principle of a hotel for the animals, reptiles and insects until their habitat is restored.
We designed it for smaller animals, reptiles and insects to find a safe place away from feral cats and foxes . We hope to make 1200 to start with but we envisage there could be many thousands more needed.

Made from:

• 100 % recycled HT pallets*  

• Only wooden dowel joints - no metal nails or screws

• Minimal biodegradable PVA glue

• No toxic paints or treatments

​* Heat Treated only(The method preferred by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPCC).
This method uses steam, kiln drying, and microwave or radio frequency heating to heat the wood to 56–60 degrees, killing any pests that may be present).

Features: 

• No metal nails or screws - when the unit finally composts nothing will be left except worm food.

• The baffle system helps prevent access to the nesting area from feral cats and foxes. 

• Dual exit points, helping prevent small animals from being trapped if the entrance is blocked and allowing for quick escape if needed.

• Strong construction allows for rough and quick distributing of the Grow With Joe Log Inn© from a trailer or the back of a utility. 

• Many different entrance openings can be fashioned to allow for different animals, ecosystems and environments.

• Grow With Joe Log Inn © can be made to different sizes and shapes as required.

• Flat pack design allows for easy transport and assembly.

• Assembly can be carried out by all members of the community, including school children.

• No damage to trees with nails or wires.

• As the Grow With Joe Log Inn© weathers, it will blend in to the environment.

• ​Easily moved and checked for optimum usage and research.

• Minimal fuel load impact
